You can buy your pass in the yoga room before class, we take cash or check. Please arrive early if you want to buy a pass. All classes taught by Skeeter unless noted by a substitution.

 Yoga  – Diving into the relationship of the heart and the body using the Universal Principles of Alignment established in Anusara Yoga, these classes are designed for those who have a regular yoga practice and are deepening their awareness of prana and how it allows us to dance with grace and elegance as we move into many of the more intermediate and advanced forms of Asana.

  Basics Foundation Yoga

Therapeutic yoga for the body, mind and spirit.
This class is  an energizing Restorative Yoga Tonic perfect for all levels of students seeking knowledge for a safe and transformative practice.
Learn how to Alleviate pain in your Back, hip, knees, feet, neck, shoulders,elbows,and wrists all while having fun!
Increase  your Strength, Flexibility, Balance while experiencing gratitude and  Joy for your Unique Sacred Being. Learning  how to move with the pulsation of each breath,while staying deeply grounded and sensitive to  your foundation, the possibilities for self discovery and healing transformation are infinite!

Yoga Sacred Sunday – Every Sunday around the world people gather to honor the Sacred. This class will guide you to a direct experience of the sacred within you and all around you, while you learn to move with effortless grace into some of the more intermediate and advanced Yoga Asanas. When we offer prayers through our yoga practice the whole world begins to take on a new light.This class is designed for those who have a regular yoga practice and are deepening their awareness of prana and how it allows us to dance with grace and elegance as we move into many of the more intermediate and advanced forms of Asana.

Yoga Aloha Friday – “May you be in the presence of Divine breath.”  Aloha spirit is alive and tangible. In this class we will focus on the spirit of Aloha and how we feel this spirit moving in our bodies and all around us. Aloha Spirit is the foundation of the magnificent experience we all have while living in or visiting the Hawaiian Islands. This class is designed for those who have a regular yoga practice and are deepening their awareness of prana and how it allows us to dance with grace and elegance as we move into many of the more intermediate  forms of Asana.

Feldenkrais Somatic Education – Awareness Through Movement  lessons generally begin lying on the floor while you scan your awareness over your body, sensing and feeling your own form and self image.  In the lessons you will be given precisely structured movement explorations that involve creative thinking, sensing, moving, and imagining. Many are based on developmental movements we all did as children. Some are based on more abstract explorations of joint, muscle, and postural relationships. The lessons consist of comfortable, easy movements that gradually evolve into movements of greater range and complexity. After an Awareness Through Movement class, people often comment, they feel much younger, move and think with greater ease,  and see the full vibrancy of the world around them.
